Globally recognised as one of the most talented young producers and DJs to come out of the dance music scene in recent years, Chris Lake has made the DJ elite sit up and take notice, making him the golden boy of the current dance music scene. He is being hailed by amongst others, Pete Tong as ?the biggest talent to emerge from Scotland since Mylo?.

Changes is one of those tracks that you can’t get enough of. It’s huge piano riff stays with the listener long after the tune has ended. It’s been rocking dance floors since last summer and now get is just desserts with a full release from Apollo.

Chris?s music credentials include numerous collaborations with Rhythm Code under different guises including Ramsay and LAB music and remixes of artists such as Delacy, Stretch and Vern and Quivver that received critical acclaim from both clubbers and media alike. Earlier this year Chris Lake setup Rising Music to release his own material. The first 3 releases have already been immense underground hits, reaching the boxes of traveling DJs and residents worldwide, and being mainstays in the beatport and DJdownload charts, for much of the year to date. He has also been busy remixing some on dance music?s elite, such as Lifelike & Kris Menace (Discopolis), Onionz (Burnin), Axwell (Watch the sunrise), Sebastien Leger (Hypnotized), and the classic by Sterling Void (It?s Alright). Chris has also been busy trotting the globe DJing from South America to Eastern Europe, with a 3 week tour of Asia and Australia already confirmed for late 2006.
