Take Me Out is a great night happening monthly at the Notting Hill Gate blagclub. It?s what London has been screaming out for ? a cool night with great music, at a fantastic venue with loads of booze?and most of the attendants just happen to be single. All this and not one tacky ?singles night? gimmick in sight.

It?s the only indierock night in town that would make Cilla proud!

Single or not, Take Me Out is all about the music. Every month you can expect to hear the likes of Kaiser Chiefs to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs via The Arctic Monkeys with a bit of the Ramones thrown in. We welcome everyone, whether you?re single, attached, straight, gay or otherwise. Recently spotted drinking til’ the wee hours at Take Me Out: The Kooks?The Thrills?Will Young!

There?s going to be more matchmaking mayhem at the next Take Me Out on 13th April. The promoters, Rach & Clare, will be providing a limited guestlist, just email: takemeoutguestlist@hotmail.co.uk for some very special concessions. Otherwise it?s free before 9pm and just ?3 after.

The venue always fills very quickly, so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment?and indeed to be in with a chance of being one of the snoggers we have to kick out at the end!

Music will be supplied by residents Bills n Boo, Alex F, and since it?s easter weekend, 2 very special guests ? Lucio from XFM and Rokk from The Cock (Ghetto).
