Oliver Deutschmann “Big With Nobody” EP

If you have been around Berlin’s clubbing scene lately, good chance you danced to the beats of Oliver Deutschmann. A frequent guest of Panorama Bar, Tresor, Watergate, Rechnezentrum, Wilde Renate, and many other of the city’s top spots, Oliver plays his journey of a live set and djs on occasion. Aside from his productions on his label Vidab, look out for his upcoming release on Konsequenz coming out on vinyl June 23rd, and July 17th digitally.
“Big With Nobody” EP is the first track conversion of Deutschmann’s live performance. On the A side we find “I Wont Tell You Why” ft Esmeralda. Starting with a pumping base, leading to deep percussions and moody vocals, backed by a more bouncy up to date remix by Koljah. On the flip “For Those About to Dub” delivers a more Latin deep house feel accompanied by a stripped tool version.
“I tried to create my own interpretation of the deep house sounds that influenced me, blended with the feeling that I transform in my live show into this release” says Deutschmann who manages to capture the essence of the deeper side - after hours, house vibe happening in clubs at the moment. This ambience will be featured in Konsequenz’s upcoming releases with upcoming productions from Marlow & ComixXx and Vek & Hakimuno.
