Despite being only January, the Glastonbury rumour mill is in full motion, and the smart money is on Jay-Z to be Michael Eavis’ surprise headliner.

Glastonbury guru Eavis recently revealed that he was booking a “black American headliner” leading many to speculate that it was Kanye West.

However, Eavis has thrown a spanner into the works by telling Xfm that the artist concerned is from New York, ruling out not only West, but Beyonce and Rihanna as well.
