Happy birthday Clandestino! Here?s to four years of Sunday night mischief, a devilishly good-looking crowd, extra-large sunglasses, Monday morning hangovers and a soundtrack of seductive underground house and electro.

Clandestino is a party and a half - a little haven of music and decadence in the heart of London. Sunday night blues don?t exist in Clandestino world ? leave them in the cloakroom until the sun comes up and it?s too late to care anyway.

Resident DJ?s Miss Jools and Luca Elle bring in a dedicated crowd of hedonists every month, who look as good as the music sounds. Even the people who are supposedly going to work on Monday still seem to be there when the lights go up. They are joined by a quality line-up of underground guests from around Europe, from Loco Dice to Scarlett Etienne.

Headlining the birthday party is Gabriel Ananda, who jets into London from his native Cologne to bring his unique deep, driving, melodic, dubby, funking sounds to the End main room. He has been producing for over ten years, releasing tracks on Trapez, Utils, Treibstoff and currently Karmarouge Records. ?Doppelwhipper? was one of the summer?s quirkiest big tunes and was hammered by everyone from Ricardo Villabos to Luciano.

Joining him will be Freak n Chic?s Jamie Jones, who made a name for himself in Ibiza playing alongside Ivan Smagghe and M.A.N.D.Y. His fusion of deep house and techno, which in his own words, ?is all about the groove?, has won him increasing recognition on the dancefloors of London and beyond. The title track on Jamie ?s debut EP ?Amazon? - a dark and layered cut with haunting a piano riff ? is a true underground anthem.

Joining the guests for the birthday celebrations in the main room is the irrepressible Miss Jools, whilst Luca Elle and Werner fill the walls of AKA with delicious, melodic, underground house and electro.

As the Clandestino faithful will testify, it?s all about the Sunday nights. Here?s to another four years of end-of-the-weekend-waywardness?
