On April 28th Smokin Jo & Terry Hart will transport their bastard love child - NUDE to Cable Street Studios in the dark streets of the Victorian east-end for the first of a series of warehouse parties aptly titled Victorian Circus.
As always with it’s risqué and unrivalled production alongside the crème of sexy meets freaky performers, and not forgetting the quality of electro / tech / minimal house music, the question on everyone’s lips is “what the fuck is going to be revealed this coming party”?
As always NUDE requires all to enter with an open mind and prepare to be exposed to new and exciting set of ‘NUDE’ experiences. The April 28th party will be an indulgent world of strange, dark circus performance. Expect dancers in glass boxes stripping and dressing each other, snake and belly dancing to techno music, strange oddities milling amongst the crowd, circus freaks caged for prying eyes to see and Johnny Woo & the nude(ist) colony’s thought provoking shows teasing the crowd, filling the room with an energetic, tension, oozing a dark and sexual side driven along by the pulsating beats of dirty, twisted music supplied by a mixture of both fresh and respected talent from the East-end and further afield.

The man with the production golden touch right now is Seamus Haji, and about to crossover in his own right for the massive anthem, “Last Night A DJ Saved My Life”. Having created the hugely in-demand and fantastic remix of Booty Luv’s “Boogie 2Nite” (which took the record to No 2 in the Charts, and still remains in the top 30 14 weeks after its release) “Last Night…” is another blistering slice of dancefloor heaven, and the follow up everyone’s been waiting for.
Well-crafted, infectious, and with that funky electro house kick, “Last Night A DJ…” is a classic tune, given a massive lift by Seamus’ whopping new mixes. Now boosted by also incredible mixes from Cedric Gervais & Second Sun, Funkagenda and Stonebridge.

Amnesia veteran DJ Oliver has joins forces with Irtaman to bring us “Fake”… A subtle driving cut that has Ibiza running throughout its understated groove and fine filtered chords. The Dub is a slightly more trippy offering with a satisfying acidic undercurrent.
DJ Oliver whose training ground has been some 11 seasons with La Troya holds star status in Spain; winning DeeJay’s ‘Best Ibiza DJ’ title consecutively in 2004/5 and regular appearances on MTV. Last year was a time of change as Oliver waved goodbye to Amnesia, setting up camp at Space for the La Troya parties which also included a live Radio 1 broadcast with Pete Tong.

The Young Punx, aka Hal Ritson and Cameron Saunders, are making all the right moves for an outfit about to hit the big time.
For the video to their new single, ‘You’ve Got To…’, they’ve collaborated with internationally renowned Dutch animation artist, Han Hoogerbrugge, a fan of the band who has built a large cult following on the Internet through bizarre and witty illustrations of his own surreal view of modern life. Within this video, the wit and style of The Young Punx comes alive as their pop culture aesthetic takes on a new visual dimension.
Hoogerbrugge has made his name by his revolutionary use of GIF animation and Flash animation techniques – something he’s brought to bear on ‘You’ve Got To…’. A former comic strip artist, he’s exhibited in the USA, Mexico, Holland, France, Spain, Germany, and Asia.
